Il Podere is a country Villa with pool in Tuscany, built with natural stone. It is one of sixteen farmhouses which once served as lodgings for the workers on this 1,600-acre agricultural compound. In the 1950s and 1960s Tuscany was the site of a mass wave of rural emigration into the cities, which meant that these houses stood empty until the 1990s. However, these farmhouses were lovingly renovated and brought back to life. Stylishly furnished according to Tuscan tradition, the country home offers enough space for up to ten people, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The estate still produces cold-pressed natural olive oil, wine, grains, and sausages which are sold in local butcher shops throughout the region.

Vacationers at this villa can partake in many free-time activities such as Tuscan cooking courses, guided hiking and bicycle tours, horseback riding, samplings of local wine and products, and much more.
This Tuscan country home with pool is divided over two floors. On the second floor, where the walls have been completely re-furnished with natural stone, you will find a beautiful living room with comfortable couches and an open fireplace. A well-equipped kitchen leads into a dining room through which you can access the outside of the villa and a covered terrace. On the first floor, where you can also access to the outside of the villa, is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the second floor, one with a double bed and one with four single beds. They also contain an ensuite bathroom with shower.

The garden offers a large sphere of privacy and a lovely outdoor grill with a pizza oven. The swimming pool is heated. All rooms have mosquito nets, and WiFi is available on the second floor. Il Podere is the ideal vacation accommodation for two or three families who want to enjoy their Tuscan vacation near the beach, yet with a large sphere of privacy.
