The Villa Cipressi is a large and magical vacation villa for up to 20 people, divided over two apartments. This large villa with pool is ideal for a family vacation in Tuscany, or for a large group of friends. Having been elaborately restored over the years, with renovations completed in 2008, this Tuscan estate offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The two apartments, separated from each other and spread over two floors, each offer enough space for up to ten people. Both apartments contain a large living/dining room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, and stylishly-furnished bedrooms and bathrooms. As per Tuscan tradition, the estate has nine bedrooms and ten bathrooms, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning. All rooms on the first floors of each apartment have direct access to the garden. The outdoor terrace, with its large dining table, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a communal evening spent grilling, with a nice glass of Tuscan wine. The swimming pool (36×15 ft.) is quite special, with its own style of overflow and its perfect location.
