Surrounded by a stunning view, this villa near Volterra with its apartments will allow you to spend an unforgettable holiday in Tuscany all year round.

Terre di Volterra is a family-run farm surrounded by 0.6 square miles of land from which you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of gently rolling hills and the regional badlands, a natural phenomenon of ancient origin caused by erosion.
It is located 5 miles from Volterra on the provincial road of Monte Volterrano.
Over the years the farm house has been completely renovated and divided into rooms and apartments which are rented year-round to guests from all over the world.
The apartments vary in size, from 194 to 753 sq ft, with room for 2-6 guests. Each apartment is fully equipped with a bathroom, kitchenette, a double bed and central heating.
Furthermore, the vacation house offers a swimming pool (39 x 20 ft), trails for walking through the countryside, horseback riding (3 mi away), and guided tours.
All of our rooms have been recently restored with the essential comforts, and we have tried to maintain the old Tuscan house’s traditional style and structure – “coloniche originali”- wherever possible.
Each of our apartments have private bathrooms, central heating and a supply of bed sheets and bath towels.
All of our apartments offer a fully-equipped kitchen with cutlery, plates, and so on. Some of these kitchens even have their own private entrance and outdoor area. For those apartments without an outdoor area, we have a large terrace with a marvelous view which everyone can use.
In some of our rooms, we have also provided accommodations for those with disabilities wherever possible.
The farm also offers examples of fine Tuscan cuisine by sampling all the farm’s products in our spacious, rustic dining hall. Groups of people come from all over the world to eat at our famous Taverna.
Organic cheese, honey, and extra virgin olive oil are also sold on the premises.
Guests are welcome to visit the farm and observe the milking of more than 1000 sheep and the making of cheese.
Our entire farm runs exclusively on renewable energy.
Rustic Restaurant: Our restaurant is situated on the ground floor of what was once an old barn dating back to the 9th century. It contains two dining areas which can hold up to 100 people.
The atmosphere is warm, rustic, and convivial, with large wooden tables where everyone dines together, ideal for groups of friends and for getting to know new people. Our cuisine is prepared with care and based on Homestyle cooking, using genuine and traditional Tuscan and Sardian dishes. Not only do we use our own organic products, we only use ingredients that are in season and local. It is important for us to please all our guests, and we like to cater to all, so should you have any special requests, such as a vegetarian/vegan menu, dietary problems, intolerances or allergies, all you have to do is let us know, and we will cater to all your needs.

Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the price. It consists of a rich selection of savory and sweet, with classic hot drinks such as tea and coffee together with fruit juice and organic milk. Upon request, it is also possible to have soy milk. Our cakes, jams, yogurts, ricotta and cheeses are all homemade. Bread and cold meats are all from local producers. Breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7.30am to 10am.

A second-floor apartment with a fully-equipped dining room and kitchen area – in the same room, there is a double bed and bunk beds (ideal for children). In addition, there is a private bathroom with a shower and central heating.
MIMOSA – MARGHERITA
Second-floor apartments with a fully-equipped dining room and kitchen area – in the same room, there is a double bed with the possibility of adding a single bed, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and central heating.
ORTICA – MENTA – MALVA – TIMO
These are ground floor apartments; they have their own private entrance and outdoor area with a garden table and chairs. The apartments themselves contain a fully-equipped small dining room and kitchen area, and a double bed in the same room. In addition, there is a private bathroom with a bath/shower and central heating.
Two-roomed apartment “Bilocali” – 3 people
GIRASOLE
A ground-floor apartment with its own private entrance and outdoor area with a picnic table and benches. In one room, there is a fully-equipped dining room and kitchen area with a sofa bed, and in the other, a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and central heating.
PAPAVERO
A second-floor apartment with a fully-equipped dining room and kitchen area – next to the kitchen, there is an annexed room with bunk beds, an attic bedroom with double bed, and a private bathroom with a shower and central heating. Suitable for young people.

Two-roomed apartment “Bilocali” – 4 people
GARDENIA
A second-floor apartment with a large, fully-equipped dining room and kitchen area, two double bedrooms (one of which is separated by a curtain) and a private bathroom with a shower and central heating.
GINESTRA
A second-floor apartment with a fully-equipped dining room and kitchen area (it is possible to add one or two single beds to this room), a double bedroom and a private bathroom with a shower and central heating. This apartment has access to a large terrace with a marvelous view.

MELISSA
A ground-floor apartment with its own private entrance and outdoor area with a garden table and chairs, a fully-equipped dining room and kitchen area (it is possible to add one or two single beds to this room) and a separate double bedroom.

Three-roomed apartment “Trilocali” – 5- 6 people
ARTEMISIA
A ground-floor apartment with its own private entrance and outdoor area with a garden table and chairs, a fully-equipped dining room and kitchen area, two separate double bedrooms, and one single bed in the living room, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and central heating. This apartment is suitable for those with disabilities.
VALERIANA
A second-floor apartment with a large dining room and kitchen area (it is possible to add one or two single beds in the dining area), two separate double bedrooms and a private bathroom with a shower and central heating. This apartment has access to a large terrace with a marvelous view.
MELITIMO (adjoining rooms)
A ground-floor apartment with two separate private entrances and an outdoor area with a garden table and chairs, a fully-equipped dining room and kitchen area (it is possible to add one or two single beds in the dining area), two separate double bedrooms, and two private bathrooms with a bath/shower and central heating.

GINEMIGLIO
A second-floor apartment with a fully-equipped dining room and kitchen area (it is possible to add one or two single beds in the dining area), two separate double bedrooms, and two private bathrooms with shower and central heating. This apartment has access to a large terrace with a marvelous view.

Double Bedrooms
FELCE – MUGHETTO – MIGLIO – VISCHIO
All the bedrooms are on the second floor, each with double beds and a private bathroom with a shower and central heating. All these rooms have access to a large terrace with a marvelous view.
